2018-2019 Open Enrollment Period
August 17, 2017 – December 01, 2017 12:00 p.m.
The 2018-2019 Open Enrollment Period for new students will begin on August 17, 2017. Parents request enrollment of their child(ren) to the school by submitting an Intent to Enroll form prior to the end of the open enrollment window. At the end of the open enrollment window on December 01, 2017; all students will receive acceptance notification by December 08, 2017 unless there are more applicants than available slots. In that case a lottery will take place on December 08, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. to determine which students are admitted and which are placed on a wait list. After the lottery, students will be admitted automatically or placed on a waitlist depending on availability. The secretarial staff will notify parents of the results of the lottery by December 22, 2017.
Current preschool students need to enroll as a new student, while all other students are automatically re-enrolled. If your student will not attend Aspen Ridge for the 2018-2019 school year please notify the office so that we can make your slot available to other students.
