ARPS Organizational Structure

Eric was raised in Colorado, attending Denver Public Schools from K through 12 before earning a degree in electrical engineering at the University of Colorado in Boulder. After a year working in Fort Worth, Texas he returned to Colorado where his heart always was. Eric is currently a Senior Engineer for KM Labs in Boulder, working on lasers. Eric and his wife Jodi own a horse farm east of Erie where they raise their four children, all of whom have attended Aspen Ridge.

Rob joined the ARPS board in 2024. A New Zealand native, Rob made Colorado home in 2020 with his wife, Chantelle. Rob has extensive governance experience across medium sized enterprise, private and for purpose, from his own business as well as appointed roles for which he also holds Board and Chairman roles. Rob holds an MBA from the University of Auckland, NZ and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, NZ. Rob & Chantelle enjoy taking advantage of everything that Colorado has to offer with their family and being part of the ARPS community.

Miguel Zuniga grew up in a military family and spent most of his formative years moving from one city to another. His family transferred to Fitzsimons Army Medical Center during eighth grade and he fell in love with Colorado. Miguel returned to Colorado in 1999 and fell in love again - this time with a person. They married, adopted a baby girl, and moved to Australia for a new perspective. After nearly five years in Australia, Miguel and his family returned to Colorado and moved to Erie to live with his ever expanding family. Miguel is a Network Architect and spends his days designing and building networks for Internet service providers, electric companies, universities, and large pharmaceutical companies. He also gives back to the community serving where he can including on the Aspen Ridge School Board.

Liz Locricchio has lived in the Erie community with her family for over 20 years. She works as a Nurse Practitioner in the Erie community and is an Aspen Ridge parent. Liz loves to give back to the community that has done so much for her family and finds being a member of the Board Of Directors at Aspen Ridge to be a truly fulfilling experience.

Randy Drennen served as the President of the Aspen Ridge Board of Directors for many years, devoting his time and energy to ensure that the school continued to grow and thrive. He is a proud alum of Colorado State University and has called the Colorado Front Range home for over 40 years. Randy is currently the Executive Director at Rocky Mountain Mechanical Contractors Association. Outside of work, he and his wife enjoy traveling, golfing, boating, and enthusiastically supporting their five kids who play basketball, volleyball, football, and golf.

Joann Fenton is a retired Hospital CEO currently volunteering at Aspen Ridge Preparatory School and a member of the School Accountability Committee. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an MBA. She is a frequent volunteer in her grandsons’ classes at ARPS and has been doing this for five years now. Joann enjoys creating environments where people want to be and succeed. Her goal as a board member is to create a “line” of parents with students wanting to enroll because of our results and our culture of accountability. Throughout her career she led the development of teams of individuals who had different incentives and achieved great results. A couple of achievements include the receipt of the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award by the President of the U.S. She also received the Community Citizen of the Year award.
