Kaitlin Hughes

 

 

 

 

Ms. Hughes has taught first grade at Aspen Ridge for the past five years, but has been teaching in Elementary schools for ten years. She creates a classroom community that engages students in authentic learning opportunities while fostering a lifelong love of learning. She received her Bachelor’s degree and teaching credentials while attending the University of Arizona. Mrs. Hughes is originally from the East Bay in Northern California and moved to Colorado 5 years ago. She lives in Thornton with her husband, Nathan, and their dog and 3 cats.
