Ethan Pieniazek

 

 

 

 

Mr. Pieniazek is a native Texan who is excited to continue teaching for the Aspen Ridge team for his second year of 6th-grade science and first year as the robotics teacher. He strives to foster a growth mindset and encourages students to take an active role in their own learning through inquiry. In the spring of 2020, Mr. Pieniazek graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Biology while immediately pursuing a 7-12 Life Science certificate through the UTeach Accelerate program. After 24 good years, he chose to leave Texas for a change of scenery and pace in the Front Range, moving to Louisville, Colorado. When he is not teaching you can often find him climbing in Eldorado Canyon, cooking up something tasty, or practicing guitar. He is also known to pursue adventures of various forms during school breaks that usually involve climbing, biking, backpacking, and fly fishing.
