Carolina Pierce

Originally from Miami, Florida, Ms. Pierce moved to Broomfield, Colorado when she was six years old. After graduating from high school, she attended the University of Kansas and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Ms. Pierce began her teaching career in 2015 as an elementary teacher in Lawrence, Kansas, then a few years later obtained her master’s degree in Special Education from Fort Hays State University. She was a Special Education teacher for four years in Lawrence, until her family relocated to Colorado this past April for her husband's new job. When she's not teaching, Ms. Pierce loves spending time with her husband, her son, Cameron, and their black labrador, Jackson.
