Abbi Haught

As a Colorado native who graduated from Prospect Ridge Academy, Ms. Haught went on to attend Converse University in South Carolina with an academic and athletic scholarship. Ms. Haught was on Converse's Acrobatics and Tumbling team while double majoring in Early Childhood Education and Family and Child Studies. She also received endorsements in Elementary Education and Learning Disabilities. Ms. Haught spent her first year teaching fifth grade in South Carolina, then returned home to Colorado, where she taught on the special education team at Prospect Ridge Academy. When she is not in the classroom, she can be found reading a book, spending time with her friends and family, or cuddling up with her cats. Ms. Haught has wanted to be a teacher for as long as she can remember - especially a second grade teacher! She is so excited to join the Aspen Ridge Prep School family and cannot wait to get to know her students this year!
