Liz Fried

Ms. Fried graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Geology- Biology. She then received her Master in Secondary Science Education from the University of Washington. Ms. Fried is in her 12th year as a classroom teacher and has taught both middle school and high school science in several locations, including Washington, California, Colorado, and overseas in New Zealand for three years. She moved to Colorado in 2020 and continues to share her passion for science with her middle school students. When she's not in the science lab, Ms. Fried enjoys camping, scouting, weightlifting, international travel, and swimming. She uses her creativity to paint nature scenes and crochet blankets and hats. She also loves spending time with her husband and two high school sons in Broomfield.
