Amplify ELA – 6th- 8th

An interactive core curriculum that brings complex texts to life. Amplify ELA inspires students to read more deeply, write more vividly and think more critically. 

enVision Math 2.0 - K-8th

enVisionmath2.0 is a comprehensive K-8 mathematics curriculum with superior focus, coherence, and rigor. Ensure success at every level with problem-based learning, embedded visual learning, and  personalization to empower every student. 

myWorld Social Studies - K-5th

Learning comes alive through storytelling, literacy instruction, and flexible resources. Stories from our world engage students and help develop thoughtful, literate citizens. Lessons apply inquiry processes, practice reading and writing, and involve collaboration and communication skills. Blended learning experiences include an interactive Student Worktext and digital courseware.

Discovery Education Techbook - 6th -8th

The Social Studies Techbook is a comprehensive, standards-aligned, core curricular resource that uses an inquiry-based approach to enhance literacy and critical thinking skills. Courses in this digital social studies textbook include U.S. History, World History, Civics and Government, and World Geography and Cultures. 

Science - K-8th

An innovative and interactive science focus to meet the newly adopted Next Generation Science Standards.  Science discovery and exploration is supported through Mystery Science, FOSS resources and Project Lead the Way (for middle school) that includes Medical Detectives this coming school year.

TIDES

TIDES is a multi -year, immersive marine science program for 6th - 8th graders that combines rigorous interdisciplinary science curriculum, hands -on learning, and confidence - building scuba training to unlock students’ natural curiosity and passion for the ocean. As part of TIDES, students receive real - life experiences in marine research and scientific diving. These site -based fields of study provide a window into the careers of marine scientists, technicians, and field researchers. Students will practice critical thinking and data analysis, which together introduce them to the process of asking questions, defining problems, and carrying out investigations into real world settings.

Project Lead The Way

Project Lead The Way parks a joy of discovery and illuminates the range of paths students can look forward to in high school and beyond. Students apply knowledge and skills from a variety of disciplines. By tackling challenges like designing a therapeutic toy for a child with cerebral palsy, creating their own app, or solving a medical mystery, students are empowered to make a real-world impact.

Aspen Ridge teachers adhere to the practice of standards-driven instruction, using the Core Knowledge Sequence aligned to the Colorado Model Content Standards. To deliver the content set forth in the Core Knowledge framework, the Aspen Ridge uses research-based, proven curricula for the academic areas.

PALS

A scientifically-based phonological awareness and literacy screening that measures preschoolers’ developing knowledge of important literacy fundamentals and offers guidance to teachers for tailoring instruction to children’s specific needs.  


Cognitive Abilities Test™ (CogAT)

Measures students’ learned reasoning abilities in the three areas most linked to academic success in school: Verbal, Quantitative and Nonverbal.
